Major Partnership with MLSE

Objective:

Displace a Ricoh competitor as the workplace technology partner for MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment).

Strategy:

We worked with the Ricoh sales team to ensure MLSE would have Ricoh’s most innovative technology. Simultaneously, we worked with Ricoh’s marketing team to design a package of B2B-focused benefits Ricoh could use in the marketplace to “showcase” its products and services in its largest market in Canada.

Results:

Tigris led the entire process that culminated in the signing of three marketing contracts and one business contract, and the coordination of the sales and service inputs tied to the partnership (which includes six MLSE teams: Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Marlies, Toronto Argonauts, and Raptors 905).
